Initiate returns
Are you unhappy with your order or would you like to exchange your items for something else? You can return it within 30 days without any reason and get your money back.
Please begin the process by contacting our customer support.
We will provide you with a return address and let you know that you can proceed. You will have to carefully pack your items and send them to us. The items have to be returned in its original packaging and in a new-like shape. There is a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will take 10 days to process the refund. You will be refunded on the original form of payment.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.
We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that some orders slip through, and we deliver the wrong product to you.
For questions about delivery of wrong products, please contact customer support. Please bear in mind that if you want to return goods, you are responsible for any return shipping fee.
Cancellations
In order to eliminate unnecessary delays, you only have 8 hours after ordering time to potentially change your mind and cancel the order.
