Refunds & Returns 

At KidsAdventura you may cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at  (307) 456-6001, the chat in the bottom right, or email any time. 

If you are dissatisfied with a product that you bought from our website and wish to return it for any reason other than a shipping error, defect or damage, please email us and one of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning and obtaining your refund. Issues including shipping errors, defects, or damaged parts can be resolved quickly and do not require return of the product to resolve.

  1. We will only accept a return if you contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product.
  2. Your refund will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected at the return facility.  
  3. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e., credit card, etc.)
  4. Refunds take 14 business days to process
  5. We do not accept exchanges.
  6. We accept returns for defective and non-defective items according to rules herein.
  7. We do not accept unauthorized returns, please contact us should you wish to initiate a return and we will give you an authorized return number that must be marked on your package with the return address.
  8. You are responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with returning an item.
  9. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused.
  10. We do not accept returns for playsets that have already been installed or promotional items that you received free of charge.
  11. Kids Vehicles must be returned within ten days of receiving the product.
  12. You are responsible for returning the product(s) to the facility we designate.
  13. All returned products MUST be returned in like‐new condition in original packaging. If you bought a playset, then the pieces MUST be dis‐assembled and re‐boxed securely in original packaging. If we receive products back that are damaged because of inadequate packing or partial assembly, your refund may at our sole discretion be reduced by the restocking fee AND an amount equal to the parts we need to replace to make the set like new again.
  14. We charge a 25%  restocking fee for all returned products.
  15. MotoTec products will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Shipping of warranty parts is only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, MotoTec USA, at their discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped LTL Freight, damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving, otherwise the claim will be denied.
  16. KidsAdventura is not responsible for any products lost or stolen after being left at a business or residence without the signature service purchased on the order. 

    You can request shipping insurance for an additional fee.


If your order has not been processed, it may be canceled, no questions asked. Orders cannot be canceled by email or phone message. An order is not considered canceled until a cancellation number is given by our Customer Service Center. Orders are usually processed during the first 24 hours after payment with most orders shipping within 1 to 3 days.

In most cases, it is impossible for us to stop a shipment, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

When you are making a purchase from KidsAdventura, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery.
  • If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. 
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.  An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund. 
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%. 

 All customers agree that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions above. 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, exceptions are Ultraplay and Bigtoy playsets which may take longer.

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of KidsAdventura's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.


Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30days, that is not a warranty claim.


Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.  Thank you for shopping with us!
